So you want to use the LightBurn logo? That's great — we love to see the LightBurn dragon out in the wild, and are happy to grant limited permission to our laser-community partners to feature our branding on their websites, social media posts, videos, and other marketing materials.
Below, we've listed our requirements for the proper use of all LightBurn logos. All uses must adhere to these guidelines. Since not all conditions can be anticipated, and in an effort to keep the below list as simple as possible, we reserve the right to request changes to all end uses.
- LightBurn logo(s) are not to be modified in any way.
- Do not stretch or alter any of the logos in any way. Always maintain the original aspect ratio.
- Only use the full logotype, or the logotype without tagline, against a plain white, light gray, or cream background. No other colors.
- Only use the full logotype when there is enough space for the tagline to be legible.
- Use the white logo for richly colored or black backgrounds. Or the black logo for colored backgrounds that are light or bright.
- Never combine logos that are not meant to be combined (such as placing the logomark large above the full logotype)
- Always use the requisite amount of negative space around the logo, appropriate for the context.
- Do not use any of the logos against any patterns.
- When typed, LightBurn is always one word, with the first letter of each constituent word capitalized (i.e. "CamelCase"). More rarely, it will be appropriate to use all caps (e.g. for a coupon code).
Here are the main LightBurn colors, if your designer needs them. We recognize that there will be times when approximations need to be used — your designer should use their best judgment.
